of the Honorable the General Commanding, copy of the opinion of the Attorney General on the subject.
and to add, that the Police Rate Collectors and Assessors have been instructed to levy the Assessment on Buildings so occupied, payment to be made by Captain Staveley, Assistant Military Secretary.
